SB207-SA1,1,9 111.335 (1) (cn) Paragraph (cm) does not preclude an individual from claiming that an employer has engaged in an act of employment discrimination in violation of s. 111.321 on the grounds that the employer has subjected the individual to disparate treatment, or that an employment policy of the employer has resulted in a disparate impact on the individual, because of the individual's age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry.".
