SB219-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB219-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 22: after that line insert:

SB219-AA1,1,4 " Section 4m. 20.445 (1) (v) of the statutes, as created by 2011 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.".

SB219-AA1,1,5 2. Page 7, line 1: after that line insert:

SB219-AA1,1,7 " Section 6m. 25.17 (1) (xf) of the statutes, as created by 2011 Wisconsin Act.... (this act), is repealed.".

SB219-AA1,1,9 3. Page 8, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 2.

SB219-AA1,1,11 4. Page 12, line 18: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 13, line 2.

SB219-AA1,1,12 5. Page 13, line 5: delete lines 5 to 13.

SB219-AA1,2,1 6. Page 16, line 12: after that line insert:

SB219-AA1,2,16 "(1g) The creation of sections 20.445 (1) (v), 25.17 (1) (xf), and 108.19 (1s) of the statutes first applies with respect to overpayments established by the department of workforce development after the effective date of this subsection.

SB219-AA1,2,19 (1r) The repeal of sections 20.445 (1) (v), 25.17 (1) (xf), and 108.19 (1s) of the statutes first applies with respect to overpayments established by the department of workforce development after October 21, 2013.".

SB219-AA1,2,22 13. Page 20, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute:

SB219-AA1,3,2 " Section 47m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the first Sunday after publication, except as follows:

SB219-AA1,3,4 (1) The repeal of sections 20.445 (1) (v), 25.17 (1) (xf), and 108.19 (1s) of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 2014.".
