SB368-SA6,1,4 21. Page 20, line 1: delete lines 1 to 9 and substitute "prohibit discharges into
3wetlands that are identified by the department as being exceptional wetland
SB368-SA6,1,5 52. Page 28, line 24: after that line insert:
SB368-SA6,1,7 6"4. The proposed project will not cause any significant adverse impact to an
7exceptional wetland resource as identified by the department.".

SB368-SA6,2,2 10(a) The secretary of natural resources shall appoint an advisory committee
11under section 227.13 of the statutes to make recommendations to the department for
12identifying which wetlands or wetland types will qualify as exceptional wetland

1resources for purposes of section 281.36 (3g) (d) and (3n) (c) 4. of the statutes, as
2created by this act. The committee shall consist of the following members:

SB368-SA6,2,65 2. One member who is employed by the department of natural resources in the
6bureau of watershed management.
SB368-SA6,2,87 3. One member who is employed by the department of natural resources in the
8bureau of wildlife management.
SB368-SA6,2,99 4. One member of the senate.
SB368-SA6,2,1010 5. One member of the assembly.
SB368-SA6,2,1111 6. One member who represents a wetland conservation organization.
SB368-SA6,2,1212 7. One member who represents an environmental organization.
SB368-SA6,2,1313 8. One member who represents the interests of business or industry.
SB368-SA6,2,1414 9. One member who represents an agricultural organization.
SB368-SA6,2,1515 (b) The committee shall conclude its work no later than June 30, 2012.".

SB368-SA6,2,18 17" Section 146m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the first day of the
184th month beginning after publication, except as follows:
SB368-SA6,2,19 19(1) Section 144 (3m) takes effect on the day after publication.".
