SB369-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB369-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: delete "Subject to par. (c) 4., for" and substitute "For".

SB369-SA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 1: after "claimant" insert ", who was receiving such benefits at the time that he or she was hired by the claimant,".

SB369-SA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 20: after "claimant" insert ", who was receiving such benefits at the time that he or she was hired by the claimant,".

SB369-SA1,1,8 4. Page 9, line 14: after "claimant" insert ", who was receiving such benefits at the time that he or she was hired by the claimant,".
