ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 417

SB417-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB417-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 8: delete "forfeiture" and substitute "penalty for benefits".

SB417-AA1,1,3 2. Page 5, line 16: delete " or 108.19 (1m),".

SB417-AA1,1,4 3. Page 6, line 14: delete "108.16 (6) (n),".

SB417-AA1,1,6 4. Page 6, line 14: delete the material beginning with "(with" and ending with "statutes)" on line 15.

SB417-AA1,1,8 5. Page 6, line 17: delete "October 21, 2013." and substitute "the effective date of this subsection.".

SB417-AA1,1,9 6. Page 6, line 17: after that line insert:

SB417-AA1,2,2 "(1g) The treatment of sections 108.04 (11) (bh), 108.09 (2) (b), (3) (a) 1., and (8) (b), 108.22 (8) (bh), 108.225 (1) (b), (16) (am) 1. (intro.), and (17) and 108.24 (1) of the statutes first applies with respect to weeks of unemployment beginning with the first Sunday that follows the 180th day beginning after the effective date of this subsection.

SB417-AA1,2,5 (1r) The treatment of section 108.16 (6) (n) of the statutes first applies with respect to overpayments established by the department of workforce development after October 21, 2013.".
