SB423-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB423-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "operators" insert "and passing certain stopped
3vehicles".
SB423-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:
SB423-AA1,1,5 5" Section 1m. 343.315 (2) (f) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB423-AA1,2,26 343.315 (2) (f) 4. Violating s. 346.07 (2), 346.072 (1), 346.08, 346.09, 346.10,
7346.13, 346.24 (3), or 346.34 (1) (a) 3. or a local ordinance in conformity therewith or;
8a law of a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band in this state in
9conformity with s. 346.07 (2), 346.072 (1), 346.08, 346.09, 346.10, 346.13, 346.24 (3),
10or 346.34 (1) (a) 3.; or the law of another jurisdiction prohibiting improper or erratic
11lane changes or improper passing, or otherwise prohibiting the conduct described in
12sections 11-304 to 306 and 11-309 of the uniform vehicle code and model traffic

1ordinance (1987), as those or substantially similar terms are used in that
2jurisdiction's law.".

10or motor vehicle used in highway construction or maintenance displaying the lights
11specified in s. 347.23 (1) (a) or (b) or, with respect to a motor vehicle, displaying the
12lights specified in s. 347.26 (7), or any stranded or disabled motor vehicle stopped
13under emergency circumstances
is parked or standing on or within 12 feet of a
14roadway, the operator of a motor vehicle approaching such vehicle or machinery shall
15proceed with due regard for all other traffic and shall do either of the following:".
