31. Page 13, line 4: after "chapter." insert "Nothing in this section prohibits the
4department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection from issuing an order or
5promulgating a rule under s. 100.20 that construes a provision in this chapter, in
6accordance with its obligation to implement this chapter.".
