SENATE AMENDMENT 9, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 93

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,3 1. Page 23, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 25, line 13, and substitute:

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,5 "(4) Training requirements. (a) The department shall promulgate rules for proof of training as provided in par. (b).

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,7 (b) An applicant shall meet the standards for training for former law enforcement officers as described in s. 175.49 (2) (a).".

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,8 2. Page 36, line 22: after that line insert:

SB93-SSA2-SA9,1,11 "3. Submits proof of annual training, as provided by the department by rule, to ensure the licensee has met the standards for training for former law enforcement officers as described in s. 175.49 (2) (a).".
