ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 14

AB14-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB14-ASA1-AA1,1,6 1. Page 1, line 7: delete the material beginning with "the day the" and ending with "entered" on line 8 and substitute " January 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered on or before June 30 of that year or in effect on July 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered after June 30 of that year".

Page 2, line 4: delete " the day the judgment is entered" and substitute "January 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered on or before June 30 of that year or in effect on July 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered after June 30 of that year".

Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with "the day the" and ending with "entered" on line 12 and substitute " January 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered on or before June 30 of that year or in effect on July 1 of the year in which the judgment is entered if the judgment is entered after June 30 of that year".
