ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 2

SB2-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB2-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 16 and substitute:

SB2-AA2,1,3 " Section 1m. 234.83 (1c) (a) of the statutes is repealed.

SB2-AA2, s. 2m Section 2m. 234.83 (1c) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

SB2-AA2,1,7 234.83 (1c) (am) "Family member" means a spouse or an individual related by blood, marriage, or adoption, even if the marriage is terminated by death or divorce, within the 3rd degree of kinship as computed under s. 990.001 (16).

SB2-AA2, s. 3m Section 3m. 234.83 (1c) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, is amended to read:

SB2-AA2,1,11 234.83 (1c) (b) "Small business" means a business, as defined in s. 84.185 (1) (a), that employs 50 250 or fewer employees on a full-time basis.

SB2-AA2, s. 4m Section 4m. 234.83 (2) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB2-AA2,2,2 234.83 (2) (a) 1. The owner of the business or a family member of the owner of the business is actively engaged in the business.".
