Relating to: state finances, collective bargaining for public employees, compensation and fringe benefits of public employees, the state civil service system, the Medical Assistance program, sale of certain facilities, granting bonding authority, and making an appropriation.
Representative Barca raised a point of Assembly Privilege pursuant to Assembly Rule 61 (1) to remove Speaker Pro Tempore Kramer as the Speaker Pro Tempore.
Representative Barca withdrew his motion to remove Speaker Pro Tempore Kramer as the Speaker Pro Tempore.
Representative Barca asked that it be noted in the record his objection to tabling of Assembly amendment 2 to Assembly Bill 11, January 2011 Special Session that was before the body on the calendar of Thursday, February 17.
