I am writing with regard to the vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11 last Friday morning, February 25, 2011.
I was in my seat when the vote took place, however, I was denied the right to vote and to represent my constituents. I would have voted to oppose SS AB 11, were I allowed to vote. I would like the record to reflect this.
