As Assembly Speaker, pursuant to Assembly Rule
9, I am temporarily appointing Representatives Pope-Roberts and Berceau to replace Representatives Barca and Seidel, solely for the Assembly Organization meeting on Friday, April 1, 2011.
While I could not reach the State Capitol's Assembly Chamber on March 10 in time to vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11, I respectfully request to have my vote, had I been in the chamber, as a vote of "Aye".
