During the March 13, 2012 session day, the Assembly adopted Assembly Amendment 1 to Senate Bill 315 on a voice vote. Senate Bill 315 was then passed on a voice vote. I would like it noted in the journal that I voted no on the amendment and against Senate Bill 315.
