Relating to: state finances, collective bargaining for public employees, compensation and fringe benefits of public employees, the state civil service system, the Medical Assistance program, sale of certain facilities, granting bonding authority, and making an appropriation.
Senator S. Fitzgerald moved a call of the Senate.
There were sufficient seconds.
The Sergeant was ordered to close the doors.
The roll was called and the following Senators were listed as absent:

Senator S. Fitzgerald, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate stand informal.

The Chair noted the possible lack of a quorum.
The roll was called and a quorum was present.
