S547 I am writing you because it has come to my attention that I have been incorrectly recorded as voting "Aye" on passage of Senate Bill 86 during an Executive Session of the Senate Committee on Labor, Public Safety, and Urban Affairs held on June 7, 2011.
It was my intention to vote "No" on passage of this bill, and I am requesting that my vote be changed in the official record to reflect my "No" vote. Thank you very much for you prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
robert w. wirch
State Senator, 22nd Senate District
