Stats. 233.012 (1)(am), as co-chair of the Joint Committee on Finance, I am appointing Senator Luther Olsen (R-Ripon) as my designee to the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic Authority Board of Directors. Senator Olsen will be a capable member of this board and it is my pleasure to make such a bipartisan appointment at this time in our state's history.
