2013 WISCONSIN ACT 225

An Act to repeal 15.207 (24) (a) 7., 15.207 (24) (d) and 49.143 (2) (b); to amend 15.207 (24) (c); and to create 15.207 (24) (a) 8. and 15.207 (24) (a) 9. of the statutes; relating to: the requirement that a Wisconsin works agency establish a children's services network and the membership of the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership Council.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

225,1 Section 1. 15.207 (24) (a) 7. of the statutes is repealed.

225,2 Section 2. 15.207 (24) (a) 8. of the statutes is created to read:

15.207 (24) (a) 8. The Milwaukee County district attorney or his or her designee.

225,3 Section 3. 15.207 (24) (a) 9. of the statutes is created to read:

15.207 (24) (a) 9. The presiding judge of the children's division of the Milwaukee County circuit court.

225,4 Section 4. 15.207 (24) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

15.207 (24) (c) The members of the council appointed under par. (a) 1., and 6. and 7. shall be appointed for 3-year terms.

225,5 Section 5. 15.207 (24) (d) of the statutes is repealed.

225,6 Section 6. 49.143 (2) (b) of the statutes is repealed.
