2013 WISCONSIN ACT 251

An Act to create 51.42 (7) (d) of the statutes; relating to: reporting on county and regional mental health services.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

251,1 Section 1. 51.42 (7) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

51.42 (7) (d) By January 1, 2015, and by January 1 of each odd-numbered year thereafter, the department shall submit to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) a report that describes mental health services and programs provided by counties and regions comprised of multiple counties.
