ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 8, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 14

AB14-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB14-AA8,1,3 1. Page 3, line 7: delete "1,660,000 3,160,000" and substitute "1,442,500 2,942,600".

AB14-AA8,1,4 2. Page 4, line 21: delete "4.0" and substitute "2.0".

AB14-AA8,1,11 3. Page 4, line 24: after "act." insert "If the department of workforce development determines that additional positions are necessary for the administration of that program, that department may request the joint committee on finance under section 16.505 of the statutes to authorize not more than 2.0 additional GPR positions, to be funded from the appropriation under section 20.445 (1) (bm) of the statutes, as created by this act, for the purpose of administration of that program.".
