AB35-ASA1,1,3 1An Act to create 101.862 (4) (n) and 101.862 (4) (p) of the statutes; relating to:
2temporary exemptions from licensing and registration requirements for certain
3electricians and electrical contractors.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB35-ASA1,1 4Section 1. 101.862 (4) (n) of the statutes is created to read:

AB35-ASA1,1,75 101.862 (4) (n) A person who installs, repairs, or maintains electrical wiring
6without receiving payment or other consideration. This paragraph does not apply
7after September 30, 2013.

AB35-ASA1,2 8Section 2. 101.862 (4) (p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB35-ASA1,2,29 101.862 (4) (p) A person who installs, repairs, or maintains electrical wiring
10as an employee of a manufacturing facility or of a business that is engaged in

1providing electrical signage. This paragraph does not apply after September 30,
22013.
