AB39-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB39-AA1,1,8 1. Page 3, line 23: delete the material beginning with "Within" and ending with "county." on page 4, line 2, and substitute "Within 10 days after filing an application under this subdivision, the commission shall send a an electronic copy of the application to the clerk of each municipality and town in which the proposed facility is to be located and to the main public library in each such county. At the request of such a clerk or main public library, the commission shall also send a paper copy of the application.".

AB39-AA1,1,9 2. Page 6, line 1: delete "(a) 2." and substitute "(a) 1., 2.,".
