AB396-SA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after that line insert:

AB396-SA1-AA4,1,4 "2m. Page 7, line 15: delete the material beginning with "Upon" and ending with "upon" on line 16 and substitute "Upon".

AB396-SA1-AA4,1,5 2n. Page 8, line 5: delete lines 5 to 9.

AB396-SA1-AA4,1,8 2o. Page 10, line 21: delete the material beginning with "has" and ending with "ballot" on line 22 and substitute "has filed a proper application for an absentee ballot is an occupant of the facility or home".

AB396-SA1-AA4,1,12 2p. Page 10, line 22: after "her absentee ballot." insert "If an occupant of the facility or home is not at the facility or home at the time that the deputies visit, the deputies shall return to the facility or home at another time to offer the opportunity to that occupant to cast his or her absentee ballot.".

AB396-SA1-AA4,2,5 2q. Page 11, line 4: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "elector and" on line 5 and substitute "If an elector is present who has not filed a proper application for an absentee ballot, the 2 deputies may accept an application from the elector and If the occupant has not previously filed an application for an absentee ballot, the deputies".".
