AB616-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to create 118.125 (8) of the statutes; relating to: prohibiting the
2reporting of a pupil's biometric data.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB616-ASA1,1 3Section 1. 118.125 (8) of the statutes is created to read:

AB616-ASA1,1,54 118.125 (8) Biometric data. A school board may not report a pupil's biometric
5data to the state.
