AB71-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB71-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: before "and" insert ", making an appropriation,".

AB71-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB71-AA2,1,4 " Section 1c. 20.410 (1) (be) of the statutes is created to read:

AB71-AA2,1,6 20.410 (1) (be) Imprisoning drunken driving offenders. A sum sufficient to imprison persons convicted of crimes punishable under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 3. to 7.

AB71-AA2,1g Section 1g. 20.455 (1) (dm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB71-AA2,1,9 20.455 (1) (dm) Prosecution of drunken driving offenders. A sum sufficient to prosecute persons for crimes punishable under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 3. to 7.

AB71-AA2,1n Section 1n. 20.475 (1) (dm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB71-AA2,1,12 20.475 (1) (dm) Prosecution of drunken driving offenders. A sum sufficient to prosecute persons for crimes punishable under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 3. to 7.

AB71-AA2,1r Section 1r. 20.550 (1) (cm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB71-AA2,2,5 20.550 (1) (cm) Representation of drunken driving offenders. A sum sufficient to pay the costs of representing persons who are charged with crimes punishable under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 3. to 7., including costs associated with representation provided by the office of the state public defender and with reimbursing private attorneys appointed to act as counsel under s. 977.08.".
