Page 3, line 13: after " treasury" insert ", other than an employee who provides home care, personal care, nursing care, or other care to persons with disabilities, persons who are elderly, or other vulnerable populations through a county health department established under s. 251.02 (1) or a city-county health department established under s. 251.02 (1m)".
