AB85-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB85-AA3,1,3 1. Page 19, line 7: after "unit" insert "that is located wholly within that county".

AB85-AA3,1,4 2. Page 19, line 10: after "of" insert "the mayor of a 1st class city, and ".

AB85-AA3,1,6 3. Page 19, line 14: delete "Before" and substitute "(a) Subject to par. (b), before".

AB85-AA3,1,7 4. Page 19, line 17: after that line insert:

AB85-AA3,1,11 "(b) With regard to an intergovernmental cooperation agreement under s. 66.0301, the requirements under par. (a) apply only to any single contract, or group of contracts between the same parties which generally relate to the same transaction, with a value or aggregate value of more than $300,000.".
