SB314-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB314-SA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with "other" on line 5 and ending with "development" on line 6 and substitute "other land use activity".

SB314-SA3,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "requirements." and substitute "requirements, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".

SB314-SA3,1,7 3. Page 3, line 2: delete "the project." and substitute "the project, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".
