SB378-SA1,1,5 3"(1d) The treatment of section 71.52 (6) of the statutes, the renumbering of
4section 71.05 (8) (b) of the statutes, and the creation of section 71.05 (8) (b) 2. of the
5statutes first apply to taxable years beginning on January 1, 2014.

SB378-SA1,1,7 6(1e) The treatment of section 71.05 (8) (c) of the statutes first applies to refunds
7paid on January 1. 2104.

SB378-SA1,1,10 8(1f) The treatment of sections 71.07 (5n) (b) (intro.), 71.08 (1) (intro.), and 71.10
9(4) (cr) of the statutes first applies retroactively to taxable years beginning on
10January 1, 2013.".
