SB479-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB479-SA2,1,6 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "traffic, unless the driver uses the telephone without the use of his or her hands" and substitute "traffic. This subsection does not apply to the use of a voice-operated or hands-free device if the driver of the motor vehicle does not use his or her hands to operate the device, except to activate or deactivate a feature or function of the device".
