4(1) Review and administration of applications for new private schools. In the
5schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the
6department of public instruction under section 20.255 (1) (a) of the statutes, as
7affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $38,500 for the first
8fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase the
9authorized FTE positions for the department by 2.0 GPR positions for the review of
10new private schools applying to participate in the Milwaukee, Racine, and statewide
11parental choice programs. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes
12for the appropriation to the department of public instruction under section 20.255
13(1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased
1by $150,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection
2takes effect for the continued review of new private schools applying to participate
3in the Milwaukee, Racine, and statewide parental choice programs.".
