This bill repeals two appropriations to DPI for the distribution of federal economic stimulus funds, granted to states under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, effective at the end of the 2013-14 fiscal year. The bill also repeals an appropriation related to per pupil adjustment aid for the 2012-13 school year, effective at the end of the 2012-13 fiscal year.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.255 (2) (ap) of the statutes is repealed.

2. 20.255 (2) (n) of the statutes is repealed.

Effective dates; Public Instruction.
(1) Repeal of per pupil adjustment aid. The treatment of section 20.255 (2) (ap) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2013.
(2) Repeal of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act appropriations. The treatment of section 20.255 (2) (n) and (p) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2014.
