As Chairman of the Assembly Organization Committee, I have reviewed Assembly Bill 110 scheduled for floor action by the Assembly for Tuesday, May 7th. In my opinion, Assembly Bill 110 meets the $10,000 threshold and requires a statement of emergency.
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 16.47 (2), the Assembly Organization Committee has voted to grant a statement of emergency for Assembly Bill 110.
