11.06 (1) (b) of the statutes; relating to: reporting of the

Currently, with limited exceptions, each registrant under the campaign finance
law must file periodic reports with the appropriate filing officer or agency specified
by law. The reports must contain specified information, including the occupation and
the name and address of the principal place of employment, if any, of each individual
contributor whose cumulative contributions for the calendar year exceed $100 in
amount or value.
Under this bill, the report must indicate the occupation of each individual
contributor whose cumulative contributions for the biennium are in excess of $500.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
11.06 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
(b) The occupation and name and address of the principal place of
6employment, if any,
of each individual contributor whose cumulative contributions
for the calendar year period commencing on January 1 of each odd-numbered year
2and ending with December 31 of each even-numbered year
are in excess of $100 3$500
(1) This act first applies with respect to reporting periods that begin on the 6
effective date of this subsection.
