Moved by Representative LeMahieu, seconded by Senator Vukmir that the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, pursuant to s. 227.19 (5) (d), Stats., waive its jurisdiction over a proposed rule of the Department of Children and Families, creating Chapter DCF 55, relating to subsidized guardianship (Clearinghouse Rule 12-045). be recommended for adoption.
