2015 WISCONSIN ACT 182

An Act to amend 14.86 (1) (b) and (c) of the statutes; relating to: terms of office for members of the Midwest Interstate Passenger Rail Commission.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

182,1 Section 1. 14.86 (1) (b) and (c) of the statutes are amended to read:

14.86 (1) (b) One representative to the assembly, appointed by the speaker of the assembly for a 2-year term, or until a successor is appointed.

(c) One senator appointed by the president of the senate for a 2-year term, or until a successor is appointed.
