2015 WISCONSIN ACT 185
An Act to amend 36.11 (8) (b); and to create 13.48 (45) of the statutes; relating to: University of Wisconsin System parking and transportation facilities and parking fees.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

1. 13.48 (45) of the statutes is created to read:
13.48 (45) University of Wisconsin parking facilities. The building commission may not authorize any general fund supported borrowing to aid in the construction of parking facilities at any institution, as defined in s. 36.05 (9), of the University of Wisconsin System.

2. 36.11 (8) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
36.11 (8) (b) The board shall establish fines for the violation of any rule made under par. (a). The institutions are authorized to collect such fines together with moneys collected from the sale of parking permits and other fees established under par. (a), to be used only for the purpose of developing and operating parking or other transportation facilities, or campus safety or transportation-related programs, at the institution at which collected and or for enforcing parking rules under par. (a).
