AB191-AA2,1,3 " Section 1m. 14.27 of the statutes is created to read:

AB191-AA2,1,9 14.27 Drug testing of governor. Upon being sworn into office, the governor shall submit to a test for the presence of controlled substances, and if the governor tests positive for one or more controlled substances without a valid prescription for each controlled substance for which he or she tests positive, the governor may enroll in the substance abuse treatment program provided by the department of children and families under s. 49.162 (4).".
