118.303 Notice of pupil assessments. (1) In this section:

(a) "Managing entity" means an individual or group, person operating a charter
10school, or governing body of a nonsectarian private school participating in a program
11under s. 118.60 or 119.23 that, pursuant to s. 115.999 (3), 119.33 (2) (c), or 119.9002

13school.

21that school year.

9under sub. (2) for that school year or instructions on how to access or obtain the
10summary the governing body prepared under sub. (2) for that school year.

4(1) Notice of pupil assessments. The treatment of section 118.30 (1m) (d), (1r)
5(d), (1s) (e), and (1t) (e) of the statutes and the creation of section 118.303 of the
6statutes first apply to examinations administered during the 2016-17 school year.".
