ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 56

AB56-ASA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB56-ASA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "Remedial" and substitute " Placement test and remedial".

AB56-ASA2-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: delete "and state superintendent of public instruction".

AB56-ASA2-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 11: delete "board" and substitute "system administration".

AB56-ASA2-AA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15 and substitute:

AB56-ASA2-AA1,2,3 "3. Submit a report in the form developed under par. (c) to the state superintendent of public instruction that, for each school district, provides the placement test results and other student level data regarding high school students in the school district who took placement tests in the preceding 12 months. The report shall use unique student identifiers that protect the privacy of individual students. Upon receipt of the report, the state superintendent of public instruction shall provide to the school board of each school district the portions of the report pertaining to students who attended high school in the school district.

AB56-ASA2-AA1,2,5 (c) The system administration and the state superintendent of public instruction shall jointly develop the form for the report required under par. (b) 3.".
