AB592-AA5,1,3 " Section 2m. 218.04 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB592-AA5,1,8 218.04 (4) (c) If an employee of a licensed collection agency works from the employee's home as provided in par. (a) and any security breach occurs while the employee is engaged in work from home, the licensed collection agency shall report the security breach incident to any person whose information is compromised by the security breach.".
