AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 2m. 343.21 (1) (jg) of the statutes is created to read:

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,6 343.21 (1) (jg) In addition to any other fee under this subsection, for reinstatement of an operating privilege previously revoked or suspended resulting from the conviction of an offense under s. 344.62 (1), $18.".

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. Page 10, line 2: delete "sections 344.25 (2m), 344.26 (1) (am), and" and substitute "section".

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,9 3. Page 10, line 7: after that line insert:

AB92-ASA1-AA1,1,11 "(2) The treatment of sections 344.25 (2m) and 344.26 (1) (am) of the statutes first applies to violations committed on the effective date of this subsection.".

AB92-ASA1-AA1,2,1 4. Page 10, line 13: after that line insert:

AB92-ASA1-AA1,2,6 "(2) The treatment of sections 344.25 (title) and 344.26 (1) (a) and (b) (intro.) and 1. of the statutes, the renumbering and amendment of section 344.25 of the statutes, the repeal and recreation of 344.26 (title) of the statutes, and the creation of sections 344.25 (2m) and 344.26 (1) (am) of the statutes and Section 33 (2) of this act take effect on the first day of the 10th month beginning after publication.".
