4Assembly Rule 14 (2) On or before Monday noon of each week or on or before
5Friday noon of the first week of the biennial session, the chairperson of each standing
6committee shall post on the assembly bulletin board and file with the chief clerk a
7list of the public hearings that
will be are scheduled to be held before the committee
8during the following week, and public notice of a public hearing shall be given at least
9one week before the commencement of the public hearing. The announcement of any
10hearing shall give the day, hour, place, and nature of the business, or number, author,
11and relating clause of any proposal, to be considered. These lists shall be reproduced
12in the weekly schedule of committee activities.
