SB248-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB248-SA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

SB248-SA3,1,3 " Section 1m. 968.255 (2) (ar) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB248-SA3,1,9 968.255 (2) (ar) The detainee will be incarcerated, imprisoned, or otherwise detained in the jail or prison where the search is conducted for not less than 12 hours. This paragraph applies only to a detainee who meets the definition in sub. (1) (a) 5. and who is incarcerated, imprisoned, or otherwise detained in a jail or prison that is in a 1st class city or that is administered by the sheriff of a county that has a population greater than 600,000.".
