SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 479

SB479-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB479-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: delete the material beginning with "farmland preservation" and ending with "tax credit;" on line 11.

SB479-SA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 2: delete " The Subject to s. 60.23 (34), the" and substitute " The".

SB479-SA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 5: delete " the county" and substitute "a county with the population described in s. 60.23 (34)".

SB479-SA2,1,7 4. Page 6, line 7: after "population" insert "on January 1, 2016,".

SB479-SA2,1,9 5. Page 6, line 20: after "may amend the ordinance" insert ", but only to the extent that the amendment relates to the location of district boundaries, by".

SB479-SA2,1,12 6. Page 7, line 3: after "county" insert ", except that if an amendment affects only the location of district boundaries, each town may unilaterally enact such an amendment".

SB479-SA2,2,1 7. Page 7, line 6: delete "at any time".

SB479-SA2,2,4 8. Page 7, line 7: after "town" insert ", except that a town may make such a switch not more than once every 3 years, and the switch may occur only during the one-year periods described in par. (a)".

SB479-SA2,2,6 9. Page 8, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 3.
