SB482-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB482-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 to 12.
SB482-SA1,1,3 32. Page 3, line 16: delete lines 16 and 17 and substitute:
SB482-SA1,1,6 4"(2) Eligibility. (a) If an offender is incarcerated and is eligible for release to
5extended supervision, he or she may apply under this section when less than 12
6months remain on his or her term of confinement in prison.
SB482-SA1,1,87 (b) If an offender is on extended supervision or probation, he or she may apply
8under this section when less than 12 months remain on his or her sentence.
SB482-SA1,1,109 (c) If an offender is eligible for parole, he or she may apply under this section
10if the parole commission so recommends.".

12contained in a presentence investigation report prepared under s. 972.15 or s.

SB482-SA1,2,13 118. Page 6, line 12: after "s. 304.068." insert "If no presentence investigation
12report was prepared under s. 972.15, the court may request the department to
13prepare one for the purpose of determining the defendant's eligibility.".
