SB546-SA3,1,2 1. Page 4, line 8: after that line insert:

SB546-SA3,1,7 "(3m) The attorney general or his or her designee shall, upon issuing a subpoena under sub. (2), submit a copy of the subpoena to the circuit court for the county in which the subpoena is served for judicial review. The court may, within 24 hours after it receives the subpoena, quash the subpoena if it finds that the criteria under sub. (2) or (3) are not met.".
