SB654-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB654-SA2,1,2 1. Page 13, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

SB654-SA2,1,4 "182.0175 (1m) (d) 8. Appoint a panel consisting of the following 7 members to carry out the duties specified in sub. (3) (am):

SB654-SA2,1,5 a. One commission staff member.

SB654-SA2,1,6 b. One transmission facility owner.

SB654-SA2,1,7 c. One employee of the operational center established under par. (a).

SB654-SA2,1,8 d. One excavator.

SB654-SA2,1,9 e. One member who represents the interests of a city, village, town, or county.

SB654-SA2,1,11 f. One member who represents the interests of the department of transportation.

SB654-SA2,1,12 g. One person employed as an underground line locator.".

SB654-SA2,2,2 2. Page 14, line 8: delete " willfully and knowingly" and substitute "willfully and knowingly".

SB654-SA2,2,3 3. Page 14, line 14: after "person" insert "specified in subd. 1m.".
