SB747-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB747-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: before "application" insert "therapeutic".

SB747-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 7: delete lines 7 to 12 and substitute:

SB747-SA1,1,5 " Section 3m. 460.01 (3) of the statutes is renumbered 460.01 (3) (intro.) and amended to read:

SB747-SA1,1,7 460.01 (3) (intro.) "Manual action" includes holding, all of the following done without joint mobilization or manipulation:

SB747-SA1,1,9 (a) Holding, positioning, stretching, rocking, kneading, compressing, decompressing, gliding, or percussing the soft tissue of the human body or applying.

SB747-SA1,1,11 (b) Applying a passive range of motion to the human body without joint mobilization or manipulation.".
