One-Hundred and Second Regular Session1:58 P.M. MONDAY, January 5, 2015
The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber located in the State Capitol. Pursuant to Section 13.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Assembly Rule 5, the Assembly was called to order by the Chief Clerk of the 2013-2014 session, Patrick Fuller. The prayer was offered by the Most Reverend Jerome E. Listecki, Archbishop of Milwaukee.
The Colors were presented by Company G, 2nd Battalion, 24th Marines, 4th Marine Division (Reinforced), Fleet Marine Forces Reserve.
Representatives-elect Dave Heaton and Amanda Stuck led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
The 132nd United States Army Band Brass Quintet performed the national anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”.
